Which fits the way you apply?
Choose get88 if…
Use get88 as a planned way to approach regional employers from the start of your search. Check coverage for your work and locations, then highlight relevant experience in your CV and put your target role, start date and availability in the introduction. Approve the email, connect Gmail and start applications. Keep suitable introductions going while you answer replies and prepare your strongest SEEK applications.
Compare the workflows ↓Choose SEEK if…
SEEK suits a search that starts with a defined vacancy. The advert gives you material to assess the role and write a relevant application, while the employer's chosen route can collect a resume, cover letter and role answers. SEEK also describes AI matching and job summaries; those can help you build a shortlist before deciding where to move.

Plan your daily applications
Set a daily application routine around the employers that fit your search. The Get88 Method can send up to 100 a day where employer availability and Google quota allow. Save the roles and locations you can work in, then review your send count each day.
Prepare a clear CV and message
Lead with relevant experience, your start date, locations and availability. Upload a clear CV and approve an introduction that helps an employer assess your fit.
Contact employers before an advert
Ask suitable employers about current or upcoming work without waiting for a public listing. Your enquiry can reach them before they publish an ad; a contact does not confirm a vacancy.
Build a routine you can repeat
Approve your message and CV, connect Gmail and start applications. get88 schedules separate emails; you handle replies and follow-ups. Campaigns with the Get88 Method last six weeks, with manual restarts at no extra cost.
How the two work
| Feature | get88 | SEEK |
|---|---|---|
| Starting point | Regional employer contacts selected around saved work and location preferences. | Advertised vacancies found through a job search. |
| What you send | An approved email with your uploaded CV attached. | The resume, cover letter and answers required by the advert's application route. |
| Apply via | A separate email from your connected Gmail to each employer. | An application on SEEK or through the employer's careers site or recruitment system. |
| AI and sending | Once you start the campaign after setup and approval, get88 sends daily individual Gmail emails within its limits. | SEEK describes AI matching and job summaries. The reviewed application routes begin with listed jobs; a comparable direct Gmail campaign was not established. |
| Following up | Read replies and continue the conversation in your own Gmail. | Direct application and status questions to the advertiser; the route can vary by employer. |
| What is listed | A contact to ask about opportunities, rather than a confirmed vacancy. | An advertised role to assess; the employer still decides whether to progress your application. |
The differences that matter
An advert gives you something specific to answer
A good SEEK application can refer to the duties, availability and experience in one role. Sending a general introduction instead of completing the requested form can leave that application unfinished. Use the advertised route when you want that position.
With get88, you can introduce yourself before the employer publishes a vacancy: explain relevant experience, the role and location you want, and when you can start. Review and approve that application before starting daily Gmail sending. Use the campaign alongside the advertised roles you choose to pursue.
AI help and direct outreach serve different parts of the search
SEEK's current product update describes personalised matches and AI summaries that help you assess adverts. It also describes background application assistance on Jora, a separate SEEK-group product.
After you start your get88 campaign, you can keep suitable individual introductions going each day while you answer replies and improve applications to selected adverts. Put the strongest relevant experience in your CV and review your introduction before using it; get88 sends the material you approve.
Keep the two routes from crossing
Maintain a short record of employers you have already approached. If a business has a SEEK vacancy, follow its instructions rather than sending repeated introductions from different channels. get88's contact list does not establish that its coverage includes every advertiser on SEEK.
Start daily outreach and keep a focused SEEK shortlist
Choose the regions and work you can accept, then check get88's available employers. Build a CV around your relevant experience and an introduction with your target work, location and start date.
Approve the email and CV, connect Gmail and start the campaign. Use the daily sending capacity of your plan to approach suitable employers without waiting for them to advertise.
Shortlist matching SEEK adverts while the campaign runs. Complete each employer's application route with the role-specific CV, cover letter and answers it requires.
Check replies each day, record employers already approached and refine your application material from the questions they ask. Confirm the role and employment terms before making travel plans.
We check hospitality employer locations against the official 88-day work areas. Explore get88’s regional towns and read our specified-work guide. Home Affairs sets the rules for 417 and 462 visas.
For hospitality roles, prepare your introduction with the hospitality application email template. The full guide includes a worked example of using advertised jobs and direct enquiries together and two founder replies with readable excerpts.
Current get88 terms
Sending requires Gmail. Employer availability and Google quota affect how many applications go out.
The Get88 Method
A$49 AUD once. No subscription or renewal.
Apply to regional employers without sending each email yourself. get88 sends your approved message and CV from your Gmail, up to 100 applications a day during a six-week campaign. You get lifetime roster access and can manually start another campaign at no extra cost.
Questions before you choose
Should I use get88 instead of applying to a SEEK advert?
Complete the advertised application if you want that specific role. get88 can support a wider regional search, but an introductory email does not replace a required application form, selection question or employer instruction.
Does get88 apply to SEEK jobs for me?
No. get88 sends your approved email and CV from Gmail to its available regional employer contacts. It does not complete SEEK applications or employers' careers forms.
Can an '88 days' SEEK search confirm a job counts for my visa?
The search phrase alone cannot confirm that. Ask about the actual duties and work location, then check the current Home Affairs specified-work rules for your visa subclass before accepting the role.

get88 publishes this comparison and has a commercial interest in its own service. We checked public product and help pages on and verified get88’s workflow against our current product. We did not send applications through SEEK or measure either service’s hiring results.
Checked on 7 October 2026 using SEEK's public job search, help centre, privacy policy and current AI product update. The individual apply-help article returned no readable body. The update distinguishes SEEK matching and summaries from Jora's background application assistance; it did not establish a SEEK direct daily Gmail campaign. We did not sign in, submit applications or test feature availability. No comparative response or hiring rate was measured.
