Choose Backpacker Job Board if…

Backpacker Job Board suits someone comparing advertised farm, hospitality, live-in or other traveller roles. Its app lets you use a saved profile and resume, save jobs and see application-view information. Read each advert closely and apply to the positions you can accept; a viewed application still needs an employer response before you have a next step.

A daily application routine

  1. Plan your daily applications

Set a daily application routine around the employers that fit your search. The Get88 Method can send up to 100 a day where employer availability and Google quota allow. Save the roles and locations you can work in, then review your send count each day.

  2. Prepare a clear CV and message

Lead with relevant experience, your start date, locations and availability. Upload a clear CV and approve an introduction that helps an employer assess your fit.

  3. Contact employers before an advert

Ask suitable employers about current or upcoming work without waiting for a public listing. Your enquiry can reach them before they publish an ad; a contact does not confirm a vacancy.

  4. Build a routine you can repeat

Approve your message and CV, connect Gmail and start applications. get88 schedules separate emails; you handle replies and follow-ups. Campaigns with the Get88 Method last six weeks, with manual restarts at no extra cost.

The differences that matter

A saved profile already reduces repeated work

Backpacker Job Board lets applicants reuse a profile and resume through its website and app. That helps when you apply from your phone to selected adverts. With get88, you prepare a relevant CV and introduction, approve them and start a daily campaign to suitable regional employers, including before those employers advertise. Use the time it saves on sending to answer replies and strengthen selected applications.

Backpacker Job Board: saved profile and app applications

Direct replies are available on both routes

Backpacker Job Board's FAQ says only employers linked to vacancies you applied to can view your resume and profile. Those employers can contact you directly by email or phone. get88 begins with an email from your connected Gmail. In either case, answer the employer's questions and keep your contact details current.

If you want to contact a Backpacker Job Board advertiser before applying, its FAQ says the board does not give out employer contact details. Follow the advertised application route, or consult the business's own published contact information.

Backpacker Job Board: profile visibility and direct replies

A visa category is a starting point for checking

Backpacker Job Board says employers can mark a position as eligible for the second-year scheme, but the board does not guarantee that assessment. get88 contacts also do not establish visa eligibility. Ask for the actual duties and workplace, then use the official rules for your subclass before you rely on a role for specified work.

  2. Approve the email and CV, connect Gmail and start daily outreach to suitable employer contacts within your plan's limits.

  3. Create or update your Backpacker Job Board profile, then apply to matching traveller adverts while the campaign runs. Use viewed or shortlisted information to track those applications.

  4. Check replies on a daily routine and answer by email or phone as requested. Keep one employer record, refine your application material and confirm the job details before travelling.

Questions before you choose

Can Backpacker Job Board employers email or call me directly?

Yes. Its official FAQ says employers can see applicants' resumes, email addresses and telephone numbers for their own vacancies and contact them directly. It does not offer an instant messaging service.

Is my Backpacker Job Board resume visible to every employer?

Its FAQ says the resume and profile are not public and only employers linked to vacancies you applied to can view them. That is different from an open directory of applicant profiles.

Why add get88 if I already have a Backpacker Job Board profile?

The profile supports applications to advertised vacancies. get88 can add email introductions to available regional employer contacts beyond that shortlist. Check its coverage first and keep track of businesses you have already approached.
