Refund Policy

get88 sells three things, all one-time payments. Sent For You is $29 AUD once and buys 500 applications with no time limit. A Refill is another $29 AUD for 500 more. Complete Campaign is $149 AUD once, for up to six weeks of sending or until you land a job, whichever comes first, or $120 AUD if you take the upgrade offered right after buying Sent For You. However you bought it, Complete carries the same 30-day refund.

Complete Campaign

30 days, any reason. Email me at hello@get88.au within 30 days of paying and I refund the full $149. No forms. The refund closes your access to the platform, so the sending stops the same day.

It is the whole amount or nothing. I do not do partial or pro-rata refunds on a campaign that has already run for part of its six weeks.

Sent For You and Refills

If your applications do not send, email me and I refund the full amount. Applications that have already gone out cannot be recalled, so those are not refunded, and I will always try to fix a delivery problem first, free. There is nothing to cancel because nothing renews.

The guarantee

Every address is checked by hand or a live send, never a guess. If we fall short of what we promised, we don't wait for you to notice, we top it up free or refund the gap, your call. We can't promise you a job. We can promise the applications actually go out.

One thing I cannot control: the engine sends your applications, it does not do the hiring, and no one selling you anything can promise an employer will reply. So "I didn't land a job" is not a fault in the product. The 30-day promise on Complete Campaign still covers it.
